The 3664 models represent a microprocessor-controlled resistance welding system suitable for body repair applications.
The 3664P and 3664P7 welders are fully automatic.
Smart Plus mode: the touchscreen welding control is able to automatically recognize the type and thickness of the sheets to be welded by relying on the sensors placed inside the gun.
Welding gun with inverter technology and a built-in transformer that matches the system. The combination of these two technologies creates an efficient machine that delivers 14,000A of power using only a 32A fuse.
La pistola “C” refrigerada por agua proporciona una fuerza de electrodo alta y constante, a pesar de las diferentes formas de los brazos, hasta 635 mm de longitud. El cable flexible y ligero de 4000 mm que conecta la pistola a la máquina permite un amplio campo de acción y maniobrabilidad sin fuertes campos magnéticos.
The welding tool, transformer, arms, and electrodes are completely cooled by a closed-loop cooling system located on the system cart.

The main features of this welding equipment can be summarized
Automatic identification of the connected welding gun; welding gun with integrated transformer that allows connection to the welding system via an industrial plug and a set of quick fittings, thus avoiding the need for wrenches, tools or screws for replacement; Main components of the welding gun, i.e., transformer, arms, electrodes, completely cooled by a closed-circuit cooling system, mounted on the system carriage.
The welding transformer is entirely designed and manufactured by TECNA. Integrated into the welding gun, it is fully water-cooled to optimize productivity and increase the duty cycle.
The water cooling system affects the transformer, arms, and electrodes to further increase the equipment’s productivity, through a heat exchanger.
The support arm includes a balancer produced by TECNA, designed and sized for safe and convenient operation in workshop environments.
The cart is ergonomic, compact and stable; it is equipped with a suitable arm support in the rear position.
The new welding control unit features a touchscreen and intuitive graphical interface, making the machine very easy for the user to operate. It offers a choice of different operating modes, including the fast and comprehensive Smart+ automatic mode.
