The 3680 welding station is an automatic, microprocessor-controlled resistance welding system developed by TECNA specifically for the automotive industry, particularly for body repair.
The welding control unit’s digital touchscreen allows the operator to configure and monitor all welding parameters according to the tools used and the characteristics (material, thickness, number of layers) of the sheets to be welded.
Welding Transformer
The integrated welding transformer is entirely designed and manufactured by TECNA.
The transformer, arms, and electrodes are water-cooled via a heat exchanger to further optimize equipment productivity and increase the duty cycle.
The support arm includes a TECNA balancer, designed to ensure comfort and safety.
New fastening system
The new push-pull system consists of a patented mechanism that features several important upgrades. Compared to traditional lever-operated or Allen key-operated opening systems, this one is integrated into the clamp’s structure, virtually eliminating the risk of accidental openings that could damage the pistol and the possibility of the clamp falling off without being secured to the system.
It guarantees a more precise and smoother grip, and
it contains an insulated knob that protects against the risk of short circuits.
